2010 Mom's Taste of Home Official Rules

Go to www.familymedia.com to enter the “Mom's Taste of Home Contest”

1.  

   1. Enter the “Mom's Taste of Home Contest” by answering the three questions correctly on the web page at www.familymedia.com/mom/
   2. All entries must be received by April 15, 2010. All entries must also include your name, your address, commissary store name and a valid email address.
   3. The “Mom's Taste of Home Contest” is open to U.S. Military members, retirees, National Guard and Reserve and their families who retain commissary and exchange (PX/BX) shopping privileges and reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees and their families of sponsoring companies and their affiliates, subsidiaries, brokers and personnel employed in the military commissary or exchange systems are not eligible. Program void where prohibited by law. Offer subject to all federal, state and local rules.
   4. Winners will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries received that correctly answer the questions. All judge’s decisions are final.
   5. There will be thirteen (13) prizes in all: one first prize of a $500 Commissary Shopping Spree PLUS a care package for your favorite Mom, one (1) second prize of a $100 Commissary Shopping Spree PLUS a care package for your favorite Mom and ten (10) Runners-up who will each receive a year's supply (one case) of a sponsor product.
   6. All winners will be notified on or before May 15, 2010. All prizes will be awarded.
   7. All entries become the property of FamilyMedia. Entries will not be acknowledged.
   8. Winners will be required to furnish proof of eligibility.
   9. Upon receipt of prizes, all winners must agree to publicity photos if requested.
   10. Contest is sponsored by Unilever and FamilyMedia.
   11. Online entries are limited to 4 per household (as determined by IP address) per 24 hour period.
   12. No purchase necessary.
