2010 Mardi Gras of Savings Sweepstakes

No Purchase Necessary

1. Enter the "Mardi Gras of Savings" Sweepstakes by visiting www.familymedia.com/dmi/ Entries must be received by March 31, 2010. Include your name, address, commissary name, phone number and email on each entry. Enter online by completing the form at http://www.familymedia.com/dmi or by sending an email with the required information to contest@familymedia.com. Entries may also be mailed to: Mardi Gras of Savings, PO Box 399, Old Bethpage, NY 11804. All Entries must be received by March 31, 2010 and include a valid name, address, commissary name, phone number and email (email not required on mailed entries).
2. Entries are limited to SIX (6) per day (24 hour period), per household (as determined by IP address for electronic entries). Any entries after the first six per 24 hour period will be disqualified.
   
3. The "Mardi Gras of Savings" Sweepstakes is open only to adult (18 years of age and older) authorized military commissary patrons who retain commissary shopping privileges. Employees and their families of sponsoring companies and their affiliates, subsidiaries, brokers and personnel employed in the military commissary or exchange systems are not eligible. Program void where prohibited by law. Offer subject to all federal, state and local rules.
   
4. Sweepstakes winners will be selected at random from valid entries received. FamilyMedia and the program sponsors are not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. THREE winners will be selected to receive a 3 day/2 night travel package to New Orleans, LA. Package will include airfare from a ConUS location, transportation, hotel and spending money for the winner and one guest.
6. All winners will be notified by mail on or before May 15, 2010. All awards must be accepted on or before November 20, 2010. All travel must be completed by February 28, 2011.
7. Each winner will be required to furnish an eligibility affidavit proving they are an authorized commissary shopper.
8. All entries become the property of Family Magazine. Entries cannot be returned.
9. Any taxes shall be the sole responsibility of winners.
10. Winners must agree to publicity photos and use of likeness and name in promotional literature.
